With the recent surge in homelessness in our community, we’re expecting a record crowd this Thanksgiving. Even if this was a slow year, we could still definitely use more turkeys. To be honest, a frozen turkey is a blessing any time of year!

If you enjoy shopping – maybe you clip coupons or know where the deals are – maybe God is leading you to use your talents to show His love to your neighbors in need. Here is our “dream list” in case you can help. Even one of these items can help someone get back on their feet this Thanksgiving:

• New or clean, gently used coats

• New or very gently used shoes
