Changing people’s hearts and minds

We’re really focused on gathering the Thanksgiving meals right now. But the Feed Hope Here campaign is also about changing people’s hearts and minds.

You see, I truly believe that homelessness shouldn’t define people.

Yet you will still often hear people talk about “the homeless” as if they were a vast expanse of human desert out there.

Our clients are individuals, real people going through a hard time! Many have become like family. It breaks my heart when I hear people paint them with a broad brush, as though they should be taken out like trash.

Jesus never shooed suffering people away. He offered them a path to restoration. With everyone’s prayers and support for the Feed Hope Here campaign, we can follow His example!
