On any given night, up to 40 children will fall asleep in our shelter, feeling safe and warm. As you can imagine, it takes a lot of time, money and supplies to care for so many families.
Diapers, wipes and school supplies are in great demand right now.
Each week a nurse practitioner visits. When little ones get sick, we help cover the cost of prescriptions. As mothers start working, we help them with daycare costs as well, so they can save up faster for a place to live on their own.
Kind souls fill our “Birthday Bags,” and sort them by age and gender, so that every child in our care will have a wonderful birthday.
