A Role for You

You are a key partner with egm when you support, get trained and serve with us.

There are multiple ways you can be involved:

  • Your financial support is critical
  • You can advocate for our shared work and influence others
  • You can volunteer, investing your time and talents
  • You can be trained and participate in relational poverty alleviation

Relationship is key. Get to know us, our shared work, and join the team; together we are alleviating poverty across our County.

We Have a Role for You

People Change Here, and you can be a part of that! Everett Gospel Mission can only serve our neighbors with the help of partners like you.

Serve a Meal

By helping with meals you can see our shelter, demonstrate care and take steps towards transformation. Whether “Special Meal Service” on holidays or lending a hand on a regular Tuesday, meal service is an accessible entry point and a meaningful way to serve. Poverty 101 is recommended but not required for these egm hosted opportunities.

Specialty Roles

Poverty 101 is required for all volunteer opportunities beyond hosted meal service. Interested in volunteering in specific roles? After alignment is confirmed via Poverty 101 and an application is completed, you may be invited to an orientation and to serve in a variety of meaningful ways that are directly supporting egm’s mission. Groups may sign up to prepare and serve meals on a recurring basis and individuals may use their special gifts and talents via specially designed volunteer roles.

Current Needs

Help us be ready for the men, women, and children at the Mission and in the community who come here every day for desperately needed help.
