A secure 40 Pallet Shelter community built through a partnership between the City of Everett and egm, this community helps expand shelter options in Everett for people who need a different kind of path indoors.
A more private, individual shelter option for people who need personal space, room for belongings, or a setting that feels more manageable than a shared dorm environment. This can include adults navigating complex health, behavioral, legal, or recovery-related challenges.
More than a place to stay, Palisades creates space for safety, stability, and relationship — often serving as a first step indoors for people who might not otherwise enter shelter. In that space, trust can grow, needs can be addressed, and next steps can begin. Palisades is about offering a shelter setting that better fits a person’s current reality and creates room for next steps over time.
Each unit includes a secure locking door for privacy, a bed, and electricity for heat and air conditioning. Guests often decorate inside and out and take great pride in having their own space to heal.
400 sq ft gathering space to build community and support growth and development.
Private bathrooms and showers are located just outside the shelters, making them easy to access while also supporting a community environment where staff can stay connected and responsive. This approach balances privacy with access to support, helping create a setting that is both dignified and connected.
